Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcaps® 2 to 3 times daily, preferably before meals with water. Consider taking this product in combination with these NOW® products: Magnesium, OsteoBoron™, Vitamin D and Zinc.

Other Ingredients: Cellulose, Cellulose (capsule), Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Contains no: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg or preservatives.

Caution: Do Not Eat Freshness Packet. Keep in Bottle.
