From the FDA's website: "Consumption of phosphatidylserine may reduce the risk of dementia in the elderly. Very limited and preliminary scientific research suggests that phosphatidylserine may reduce the risk of dementia in the elderly. FDA concludes that there is little scientific evidence supporting this claim."

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement take 1 softgel 1 to 3 times daily with or between meals. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® DMAE and Super Cortisol Support.

Other Ingredients: Softgel Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, carob), Soybean Oil and Mixed Tocopherols.
