Dr. Leonid Ber - The New Member of our Scientific Team |
 Dr. Leonid Ber, an M.D. with significant experience in scientific and medical research, clinical trials and innovative new product development, has joined NOW Foods as Senior Medical Scientist in our Technical Department. As NOW expands its scientific and medical capabilities, Dr. Ber's experience and passion for science-based supplement development will help us develop more innovative products with demonstrated benefits to consumers.
“Leonid brings a new set of skills to NOW Foods which will help us in our efforts to create new innovative products as we look forward to strengthening our science based initiatives,” said Technical Director Michael Lelah, Ph.D. “The intent is to focus on select new innovative product opportunities, while maintaining the overall value of our brand to our customers.”
“This focus in developing groundbreaking products validated by clinical study is exciting,” Ber said. “It puts me in an environment of innovation, which I'm passionate about.”
Dr. Ber holds three patents in the area of medical nutrition and is also President and co-founder of the Ramazanov Award Foundation, which honors integrity in science.
